The case of the attempt on Chubais back in court

And three months after the RF Supreme Court overturned the acquittal and sent the case back for retrial.

It is interesting that during the first process Kvachkov ran in the Moscow City Duma deputies, but lost to the current Vice-Speaker Andrew Metelski. The Colonel once again goes to the Moscow City Duma elections in single-mandate constituencies, which recorded seven candidates. Kvachkov and other defendants remain at large.

Recall attempt on Chubais was committed March 17, 2005 on the outskirts of the village larks Odintsovo district, Moscow region.
