A reading of selected articles of Part IV of the Civil Code (copyright, etc.) with commentary.

From 1 January 2008 entered into force on Part IV of the Civil Code, which affect in particular copyright, patent right, the right to integrated circuits, the right to production secrets (know-how), and others. Full text available on request to any search engine. Here, however, for thought, I attach a link with comments to the articles of the law. The comments underscored the problem of the use and distribution of “pirated” software, music and movies.
