Alibasov require 100 million rubles for having it on an Internet portal called “guest worker”

Savyolovsky court of Moscow on March 4 will consider the claim famous producer Bari Alibasov the recovery of 100 million rubles as compensation for the fact that the publication of an Internet portal called him “guest workers”, said Friday press secretary of the court.

“In early March, held pre-trial preparation of the claim about protection of honor, dignity and business reputation”, - explained the representative of the court.

According to him, the suit asks Alibasov publish a correction of information disseminated, as well as compensation for the 100 million rubles for moral damage.

A spokesman did not specify what kind of portal is being sued.

In turn, Alibasov also did not mention the site address. He told RIA Novosti that the portal has found his lawyer Sergei Zhorin. And now, according to the musician, web-page does not open.

“We asked them for two months (the representatives of the site) so they simply removed the material. We are not immediately attacked. No, they did not want to have invoked its right to freedom of speech and so on,” - commented Alibasov.

He also complained that an article on the site, not so much offended him personally, as “whole people”.

“I called the” Tatar-Kazakh guest workers “, and this - ignorance, bordering on madness. The history of our people is indivisible. It’s funny - called migrant workers practically indigenous population of Russia”, - he said.
