Jerusalem Family Court received the case decision, recognizing the man who refused to enter into intimate relations with his wife guilty of fraud and sentenced him to pay compensation amounting to more than 120 thousand shekels. As decided by the Deputy Chief Justice Neely Maimon, “the defendant breached the contract of marriage and his marital obligations, acted dishonestly and not in accordance with the accepted norm, has committed criminal fraud and admitted criminal negligence.”
