“The large-scale macro-economic assistance from the IMF and other international organizations, the EU, the US and other countries - all this together with a difficult and not very popular decisions and effective action by all branches of government to avoid a default enabled, which seemed inevitable to stabilize the macroeconomic situation and without delay pay wages and pensions, slow economic decline, to overcome the panic on the currency market “, - said the head of state.
